Collage is a fun and powerful way to gain deeper access to our inner selves. During this program, participants use photos and images to connect more deeply, tell a story and/or create a vision for their future. The workshop is facilitated by an artist and a mental health professional. This laid-back environment is very social and relaxed, which helps people let go of stress. Participants often leave with increased self-esteem and a feeling of self-affirmation. It’s also a lovely opportunity to meet new people and make new connections. No experience necessary.
